Certified Nursing Specialist for Vocational Education (HF/FH)

In this exciting job

• you take co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate.
• you professionally lead and support trainees and interns in their daily work.
• you contribute to quality assurance and development of the training.
• you support the recruitment of new trainees and interns.
• you participate in the qualification process of the learners.
• you assist in creating processes, goals and documentation related to vocational education.
• you cooperate interdisciplinarily and work closely with other professional groups.

You will be successful here

• with a completed education as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition.
• with at least two years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care.
• thanks to your SVEB1 certificate or the vocational trainer course (BBK) or you are willing to complete it soon.
• thanks to your great independence and flexible working style.
• because you have extensive professional, social and personal skills to train learners with commitment and professionalism.
• through your strong quality awareness and friendly interaction with all stakeholders.
