The Vocational Training Centre Olten is the regional competence centre for basic and further vocational education and comprises four sub-schools. The Health and Social Vocational School (GSBS) educates around 900 apprentices in basic vocational training and 250 students in the Higher Technical School HF Nursing. For the VTC Olten we are looking for a Clerk GSBS, 80-100% at the Trimbach location from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for administration from the entry to the exit of apprentices and for organising events during the school year.
- You advise apprentices, trainers, and teachers on questions concerning the school aspects of the apprenticeship.
- As a practical trainer, you directly train apprentices in the GSBS secretariat.
- Additionally, you deputise for the HF secretariat and support the GSBS rectorate in administrative matters (20%).
Your profile
- You have a commercial vocational qualification (EFZ) and several years of professional and life experience.
- Alongside IT affinity, you bring solid Office skills.
- You enjoy working with young people and appreciate working in an educational environment.
- A swift and precise working style is as natural to you as resilience.
