The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an autonomous public law intercantonal institution. It employs nearly 2,500 staff. Its structure consists of the acute care hospital in Rennaz, two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics in Monthey and Vevey, as well as two medical on-call services in Monthey and Vevey.
HRC places particular importance on patient reception and care throughout their journey. Our teams are committed to applying their skills for the benefit of the patient and their relatives.
To strengthen the General Secretariat team, we are looking for a dynamic and organised secretary M/F to provide versatile administrative support to the members of the general management and the medical-nursing pair of the geriatric and rehabilitation clinic.
The main duties of this position are
The main duties of this position are (60 to 80%):
- Provide administrative support to various bodies/projects, notably:
- Organise meetings
- Ensure the logistical follow-up of meeting organisation in coordination with the hospitality service
- Prepare the agenda
- Participate in meetings upon request
- Draft the minutes
- Contribute to document drafting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the general secretariat such as establishing the schedules of governing bodies, maintaining the work planning of the general management and the general secretariat, updating contact lists.
For a fixed period until the commissioning of the Samaritain site in Vevey (20%):
- Provide administrative support to the medical-nursing pair of the geriatric and rehabilitation service for the Vevey site transformation project (activity at 20% on the Vevey and Monthey sites), notably:
- For proper coordination: ensure the proper management of activities likely to impact the operation of the sites
For routine activities: agendas, meetings, project follow-up, formatting and updating documents, archiving, intranet site, event organisation.
We require
- A commercial CFC or an equivalent qualification
- A developed sense of organisation and adaptability
- Versatility in the subjects handled
- Ability to identify priorities and collaborate
- Perfect mastery of office tools
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
