We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator who combines strong administrative skills with excellent communication abilities to support both employees and managers.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, including data management and personnel administration.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including active sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Coordinate employee surveys, annual performance review, and development/training programs.
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss labor law, and conflict resolution.
- Administer and coordinate with social insurance providers (AHV, EO, BVG, KTG, UVG).
- Handle payroll-relevant HR data, including absence and time management systems.
- Oversee immigration procedures, including visa and work permit applications for foreign employees.
- Organize company events and support administrative functions such as office management.
- Work closely with the HR team in Quebec and the HR department of indie in the USA.
Your Qualification
- Swiss Federal Diploma in Human Resources or HR Assistant Certificate, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and HR administration
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in German with good English skills (written and spoken)
