For our client in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual for internal IT support.
You will assist employees with questions and issues related to their IT workstations. In 1st and 2nd level support, you analyse problems, develop solutions, and coordinate with other specialists if necessary. You handle support requests in the ticket system, set up user accounts and workstations, and keep device management up to date. Additionally, you create instructions, document solutions, and support employees in using the deployed applications. You work in a predominantly Microsoft-based environment and accompany the further development of the workstation infrastructure. Maintenance work within the team as well as participation in the on-call service complement your tasks. The activity is mainly on-site; occasional home office is possible by arrangement.
- Completed training as an ICT specialist or an equivalent professional qualification
- Career starters are also welcome
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with a Microsoft-based IT environment and new applications
- Enjoyment of user contact as well as friendly and clear communication
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Team spirit and willingness to coordinate tasks together
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
- Category B driving licence and own car
