Team Leader IT Service Desk (m/f)
Your tasks
- Responsible for a smoothly functioning IT Service Desk (1st Level) including IT support for the group companies in Switzerland, Czech Republic, Netherlands and Finland.
- Application Manager of the IT Service Desk application based on Matrix42 and thus responsible for its further development
- Process Manager of the Service Request, Incident, Problem Management processes
- IT responsibility for the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process
- Personnel and professional management of the central IT Service Desk and support team
- Project management for the IT Service Desk integration of further group companies in other countries
- Handling and resolving fault reports, change requests and customer enquiries
- Classifying, processing and documenting tickets or forwarding to 2nd level support
- Coordination of hardware procurement and inventory
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a certified business informatics specialist (HF)
- Professional experience as a person responsible for an IT Service Desk, IT Helpdesk or IT Call Centre
- Previous long-term professional experience as a member of an IT Service Desk and/or IT support environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Service Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes (ITIL V3 certification)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based client/server environments
- Good knowledge of Office products
- Knowledge of typical industrial applications is an advantage
- Proactive personality with a strong customer and service orientation
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Overview and calmness even in hectic situations
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, further languages desirable
