In our Customer Service Centre in Zofingen, you are the central point of contact for our customers and significantly shape their service experience. You competently advise our customers, recognise their needs, and sustainably increase customer value through the active placement of suitable offers. Your tasks
- You competently and courteously support our customers across all contact channels
- You handle complaints confidently and always develop sustainable solutions
- You provide first-level support for our digital offerings such as apps, ePaper, and eShop
- You efficiently maintain and update customer master data in SAP and Salesforce
- You actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of our service processes
Your profile
- You have completed training in the commercial sector or retail and have a strong service orientation
- You express yourself fluently in German and French (bilingual level)
- You are proficient with modern business software such as Google Workspace and SAP
- You are a resilient, solution-oriented team player with a healthy sense of humour
- You always act communicatively strong and diplomatically, even in hectic situations
