About the job
Are you passionate about the electrical trade and want to pass on your knowledge? Then this could be your next step!
We train aspiring electrical installers EFZ as well as assembly electricians EFZ.
For this, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys working with young people, takes pleasure in practical work, and wants to actively help shape our courses.
You do not need to be a course instructor yet. What matters more to us is that you enjoy sharing your expertise, are open to new things, and are eager to engage in this exciting and rewarding task.
Your main tasks include:
Instruction and teaching in the apprenticeships of electrical installers EFZ and assembly electricians EFZ
Assistance with administrative tasks in the üK and QV (qualification procedure) operation.
What to expect:
Practice instead of just theory: You accompany learners, impart specialist knowledge, and show them what matters in everyday professional life.
Bring in your own ideas: The educational goals and course requirements are clear. How you convey the content in an understandable, varied, and practical way can be designed by you within this framework.
Work independently: You prepare your courses, plan suitable exercises, and take responsibility for your class.
Start together: We will carefully induct you and prepare the first courses together with you. Even afterwards, you will not be on your own. You will work with course leaders and receive support from our back office. We exchange ideas, help each other, and develop our training together.
Develop yourself further: Whether it is a trainer course, pedagogical further education, new teaching materials, or your own suitable training projects – we are happy to support you in contributing your skills and ideas.
What you bring
Professional examination and/or advanced professional examination in the electrical sector
Enjoyment in passing on your knowledge and supporting young people.
An independent, reliable, and committed working style.
Willingness to learn new things, take responsibility, and also develop pedagogically.
Curious?
Then let’s get to know each other. Perhaps this is exactly the new challenge you have been looking for.
