Your Tasks:

• Independent execution of diverse manual, mechanical and technical tasks in the areas of maintenance, repair, system inspection and cleaning
• Deputising for the Head of Infrastructure during their absence
• Leading employees in the area
• Performing administrative tasks (obtaining quotes, ordering materials, arranging appointments with external craftsmen)• Setting up rooms for events
• Organisation and execution of relocations
• Active participation in ensuring fire protection, occupational safety and health protection measures• Responsible for training an apprentice maintenance specialist
• Garden, grounds work and ensuring winter services

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist, federal certificate as a caretaker or willingness to complete the training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• High personal responsibility and service orientation
• Empathy and flair in dealing with elderly people
• Communicative, resilient, responsible, organised and flexible
