• Ensure the availability of systems and materials as the responsible chief dispatcher for the equipment area of the flying crews and the parachute jump service
• Be responsible for demand planning and data maintenance of the disposition and distribution data
• Advise on the stocking strategy, determine stock coverage periods and optimise stock turnover
• Ensure the flow of information to system management, purchasing and item managers
• Conduct, assess and evaluate tests as a technical clerk for the material and operational competence centre
• Ensure the currency of maintenance regulations, maintenance records and spare parts catalogues

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training EFZ (logistics, technology, commercial) with further training in logistics / material management / disposition etc.
• Generalist with professional experience and technical flair
• Sound SAP knowledge, preferably in warehouse management / disposition / order control
• Responsible, team- and customer-oriented, independent and precise working style
• A positive personal security check is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of a second official language and good English skills (level B1)

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence centre, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police.
