In our assignment at Belimo Automation AG, an internationally active industrial company, you accompany employees with support needs in productive processes along real value creation. You design work educational settings that meet both the human and operational requirements – structured, efficient and with a clear commitment to quality. The place of assignment is directly on the premises of BELIMO in Hinwil. You take on a central role as a link between the institution and the company, continuously develop the collaboration and actively open up new areas of deployment.

Your main tasks

• Professional guidance and work educational support of employees with disabilities in production and logistics
• Development and expansion of new areas of deployment in the operational context
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and process reliability in day-to-day business oriented towards Lean Management
• Structuring workflows and targeted promotion of individual competencies in the work process
• Responsibility for the timely and professionally flawless execution of orders
• Close coordination and professional collaboration with the operational teams of Belimo
• Active shaping and further development of collaboration in the educational setting
• Contribution to a constructive, appreciative and solution-oriented team culture
• Key person work: planning, implementation and reflection of development processes as well as conducting location and annual discussions
