Do you have an affinity for numbers, quantities and estimating? Are you eager to prepare tenders for exciting projects in close contact with planners, clients and architects? You think and act in a structured way, are digitally savvy, and enjoy supporting site managers and the cost team with a focus on estimating. Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement to strengthen our team in Zurich or Basel.

• Independent handling of estimates
• Managing the tender process up to and including awarding
• Supporting cost planners with quantity surveying
• Establishing standard processes in the tender phases
• Preparing the offer and contract frameworks
• Evaluating and comparing offers from contractors and planners
• Supporting the cost team if interested
• Supporting site managers on site if interested
• Training and further education of employees

• Completed basic training in the construction sector as a structural draughtsperson, architect or civil engineer, or diploma as site manager, technician in structural engineering
• Experience in site management, architecture, tendering
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with Messerli Bauad and other cost tools
• Strong ability for interdisciplinary structured thinking, acting and communicating
• Customer-oriented, precise and economical mindset as well as an independent and careful working style
