As an independent insurance broker, the Insurance Advisory Service of the Lucerne Farmers' Association is the leading contact point for farming families on insurance and pension matters. Together, we shape the future of Swiss agriculture and support farming families in the cantons of Lucerne and Zug with expertise and dedication.

Due to an internal job change, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

INSURANCE CLERK INTERNAL SERVICE (80-100%)

YOUR TASKS – VARIED AND RESPONSIBLE

You support our account managers in daily business, especially answering questions about employee personal insurance, and ensure that our clients are competently cared for.

Among other things, you will take on:

• Checking, processing and billing of payroll notifications
• Preparing quotes, applications and insurance comparisons
• Administrative support for our account managers
• Telephone and personal customer advice
• Handling matters in the life and non-life insurance sectors
• Coordination and maintenance of customer data

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the insurance sector
• VBV certificate is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit and resilience
• Precise, structured and reliable way of working
