An IT company in the SME environment is looking for reinforcement for the technical implementation and support of modern IT infrastructures. You work directly with business customers, implement individual solutions, and accompany projects from the migration of existing systems to the introduction of new cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of Windows client and server projects for business customers
Migration and support of existing IT system landscapes including directory and network services
Setup and further development of Microsoft 365 environments
Support for projects related to network technology, VoIP, and IT security
Analysis of technical faults and development of sustainable solutions
Independent coordination of technical work on site at the customer
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field and several years of experience in a comparable engineering role
Good knowledge of Windows infrastructures and associated network services
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally with cloud and migration projects
Initiative, reliability, and a methodical way of working
Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of varied technical tasks
Driving licence category B and good German language skills
