This role thrives on agility and experimentation, helping us make a real impact on the business by going beyond HR traditional datasets.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., PowerBI, Crunchr) that forecast workforce trends and track progress against strategic priorities
- Lead the ideation and implementation of HR analytics use cases (talent, performance, recruiting, workforce planning), leveraging both basic and advanced techniques and tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, R, Python)
- Combine and analyze diverse datasets, including quantitative, qualitative, and unstructured data, to uncover patterns and actionable insights
- Align with HR, Finance, and central analytics teams to define questions and design impactful data products and solutions
- Analyse employee engagement and workforce data daily, translating insights into executive-ready briefings that influence business decisions
- Apply statistical and research-based approaches to transform data into clear recommendations supported by compelling storytelling for key stakeholders
- Continuously improve data products for scalability, quality, and user adoption, experimenting with AI-driven tools and innovative analytics techniques
YOUR SKILLS:
- You bring a strong academic foundation with a degree in a quantitative or related field, helping you approach problems with a structured mindset
- You have experience turning complex questions into actionable insights by leading analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping to compelling presentations
- You are comfortable transforming and analyzing data using tools such as Python, R, Power Query or similar, and leveraging visualization platforms like PowerBI or Tableau to tell clear data stories
- You apply statistical thinking and basic modelling techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation) to uncover patterns and support strategic decisions
- You thrive in environments where curiosity, agility, and experimentation matter, iterating quickly to create impact
- You communicate with clarity and influence, partnering with stakeholders to develop use cases and drive informed decisions
- You are passionate about connecting data with people processes and workforce planning to shape the future of work
