What you can shape
You lead the Chapter Application Management appreciatively and further develop employees based on their strengths.
You ensure the stable operation and monitoring of the applications under your care.
You actively participate in the Microsoft Dynamics development team and support customising and further developments.
You accompany agile working methods as a team coach or Scrum Master and promote constructive collaboration.
You coordinate specialist departments, development and IT operations and maintain active stakeholder management.
What sets you apart
You have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science or a similar field.
You bring experience in leading and developing employees in an agile environment.
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Azure Cloud.
You work solution-oriented and support teams in achieving common goals.
You have experience as a Scrum Master or team coach as well as with SAFe or Scrum.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
