Help us shape the teams that create extraordinary guest experiences every day. As an HR Recruiter, you support the recruitment of diverse talents for our hotels, restaurants and tourism businesses. You ensure a professional and positive candidate journey and actively contribute to the further growth of the Andermatt destination.
What you can achieve
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to define personnel needs and required qualifications
- Identification and acquisition of qualified candidates via professional networks, job platforms, social media and other sourcing channels
- Review of application documents and pre-selection of suitable profiles based on job requirements
- Conducting initial interviews with potentially suitable candidates
- Creation and presentation of job offers as well as negotiation of salary, benefits and other employment conditions
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Representing Andermatt Swiss Alps as an attractive employer and conveying our values and corporate culture
- Administrative handling of new hires, obtaining references and maintaining relationships with potential and former applicants
- Representing the company at career fairs, recruiting events and information sessions
- Completed degree (Bachelor) with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of experience in recruiting – ideally in a personnel consultancy or in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Sound knowledge of modern recruiting tools, platforms and digital sourcing methods
- Experience in the gastronomy and hospitality industry is a great advantage
- Passion for talent acquisition and enjoyment in inspiring people and building long-term relationships
- Strong talent intuition, a structured working method and a high quality awareness in managing recruiting processes
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Good understanding of the labour market and interest in current trends and developments in the hospitality and tourism industry
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least level C1)
- Work location: 2-3 days per week in Andermatt; the remaining part is possible in the home office

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also includes the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course as well as the Andermatt Concert Hall.
