Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire production planning and control in ice cream production
• Leading a small production team
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Optimising production processes and resource management
• Monitoring and maintenance of production equipment
• Responsibility for logistics, raw material procurement, and product development

Your Profile

• Completed training as a dairy technologist or baker/confectioner
• Several years of experience in food production, ideally in ice cream manufacturing
• Leadership experience and strong team skills
• Knowledge in production planning and process optimisation
• High quality awareness and understanding of hygiene regulations
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
