Digitalisation Specialist (m/f), 100%, initially limited to 4 years
What to expect- Analysis of existing business processes in the Department of Finance and identification of digitalisation potentials (especially in financial administration)
- Design, development and implementation of digital solutions to optimise workflows
- Execution of system adjustments and introduction of new functions and processes for systems such as Abacus, GEVER, AXIANS Infoma (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and other specialised applications
- Carrying out release management, testing and quality assurance of the system landscape
- Development, configuration and adaptation of interfaces between specialised applications
- Ensuring the continuous development of operational ICT in the Department of Finance in close cooperation with Digital Administration Schaffhausen and Informatics Schaffhausen
What you bring with you
- Higher tertiary education in computer science/business informatics (e.g. university of applied sciences or equivalent) with corresponding further training or experience in the IT sector
- Ability to translate professional requirements into technical solutions and implement them independently
- Several years of professional experience in implementing digitalisation and transformation projects
- Understanding of financial, administrative or HR processes is an advantage
- Experience with Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics 365, GEVER or comparable applications is desirable
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
