About the job
With around 220 employees, we operate the innovative retirement center „Im Brüel“ with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th phases of life.
Your main task
- Maintenance & monitoring of all building technical systems
- Responsibility for safety (SIBE) & compliance with regulations
- 1st Level IT support for employees (phone & on-site)
- Cleaning and maintenance work indoors & outdoors
- Contact point for residents, employees & external partners for building-specific concerns
- Furniture management & support with moves
- Training & supervision of apprentices in facility maintenance
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in facility maintenance
- Ideally complemented by training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ
- Very good PC and German skills
- Empathy & enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Service-oriented, patient & helpful nature
- Calm & solution-oriented even in hectic situations
- Team player with a sense of responsibility & quality awareness
- You think in solutions & keep an overview even with many requests
- Willingness for flexible working hours & on-call duties
- Driver's license D1
