As part of the merger of the UPZ, existing clinical processes from the previous quality management system are being transferred to a new system. As a student assistant, you will support the KJP management in the careful migration and documentation of the existing processes. The focus is not on independently developing or revising processes content-wise. The main task is the reliable and careful transfer of existing content into the new system and coordination with the respective responsible persons.
Your tasks
- You transfer existing clinical processes and documents from the previous to the new quality management system
- You record and prepare the existing process contents in a structured manner
- You check the adopted contents for completeness and formal consistency
- You identify ambiguities or missing information and specifically inquire with the responsible process owners
- You exchange information with management personnel and other employees responsible for the respective processes
- You document feedback and make the corresponding adjustments
- You support the project with general administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile
- You have a very good grasp and pronounced logical and structured thinking
- You work carefully, precisely and reliably
- You enjoy systematically recording information and processing it according to given structures
- You recognise ambiguities and can specifically inquire with the responsible persons
- You appear confident and friendly in contact with management personnel and employees of various professional groups
- You work independently and well organised
- You have good oral and written German skills
- You are confident in using common digital work tools
- You are enrolled in an ongoing degree programme, ideally in a subject related to psychology, health sciences, medicine, nursing, social sciences or a related field
