Setting new standards together and shaping the future - for us, this means more than just completing tasks. Here you work with people who take responsibility, have high standards, and have the courage to explore new paths. With us, you will find an environment where trust and performance go hand in hand, and your ideas, initiative, and contribution count. This way, you have the opportunity to truly make a difference for our clients, your team, and your personal development.
What you achieve
- You support the CTO Asset Management in daily business: preparing and following up meetings, preparing documents, tracking tasks and decisions
- You assist in the technology and IT implementation of the post-merger integration (Helvetia Baloise): application and data collection, migration preparation, status reporting
- You independently implement smaller initiatives and projects within the IT landscape of Asset Management
- You create analyses, presentations, and decision documents for management and governance committees
- You support IT portfolio, demand, and vendor management (overviews, documentation, tracking)
- You participate in exciting internal and cross-functional projects
What you bring
- You have completed at least the first year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); interested in M365 tools and the use of AI in everyday work
- You have fluent German skills and are confident in English (spoken and written)
- You are interested in IT governance, application landscapes, and transformation projects in the financial sector
- You enjoy tackling challenges without hesitation and maintain high standards for your own performance
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and keep an overview even with a variety of different topics
- You handle confidential information reliably and discreetly.
- You consider the experiences, working styles, and perspectives of others in collaboration and actively contribute to a respectful working atmosphere
Collaboration that makes a difference
We believe in collaboration on equal footing, mutual trust, and people who want to take responsibility. Different perspectives help us develop better solutions - for our clients as well as for us as a team.
