Your main tasks:

• Personal care and advice for our customers from the main and secondary construction trades as well as municipal companies
• Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships as well as targeted acquisition of new customers
• Expert advice on products and solutions in the areas of tools, machines, fastening technology and operational equipment
• Active sales of our range as well as targeted use of cross-selling potentials
• Professional customer care with the aim of providing tangible added value
• Close cooperation with the internal sales department for efficient order processing

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training or retail specialist in hardware and tools
• You speak the language of craftsmanship and know the challenges of the industry
• Experience in field sales is an advantage
• Open, sociable and convincing personality
• High service orientation as well as independent and structured working style
• Affinity for modern communication tools and digital working
