In our bakery, we mainly produce frozen baked goods from regional raw materials for retail and wholesale using modern equipment.

In our bakery, we mainly produce frozen baked goods for retail and wholesale. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Production and processing of all bakery products considering quality and efficiency (hourly performance)
• Operation of various machines according to the data sheet specifications
• Quality controls (weight and dimensions) as well as optimisations
• Cleaning of production equipment and workstations
• Leading and training employees in the absence of the team leader
• Supporting the team leader in personnel and deployment planning
• Work start around 05:00 from Monday to Saturday (5-day week)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a baker or food technologist
• Many years of professional experience in a bakery operation and leadership experience advantageous
• Experience with hygiene regulations and their monitoring
• Solid IT skills and very good German language skills (at least B1)
• Willingness to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
