Executive Assistant to the CEO

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the CEO and support her in organisational, administrative, and entrepreneurial tasks. You will coordinate complex projects, create efficient structures, and drive the digitalisation of administrative processes. Other focal points include topics in the area of Corporate Due Diligence, contract management, and collaboration with external partners. You will assist the CEO in the preparation and implementation of demanding customer projects and extensive offers. Additionally, you will take on tasks in cooperation with the French subsidiary and contribute occasionally to marketing and sales topics. In this SME, you will also gladly get involved in the administrative day-to-day business.
You have a commercial or technical basic education, ideally complemented by advanced business management training or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in a broad assistant, project, or coordination role and are familiar with a technologically and/or service-oriented SME environment. You are IT-savvy, confident in common MS Office applications, and open to the use of digital tools. Negotiation-level German and English skills as well as very good spoken French complete your profile. You think analytically and in a networked way, work independently and proactively, and contribute your own solution proposals. Discretion, reliability, and integrity are a matter of course for you.
