For the location in the North-East Switzerland region, we are looking for a motivated, humorous and hands-on personality as:
Interim Manager as HR Specialist 60 -100% (a)
Your tasks:
- Independent management of HR and payroll mandates for our clients within the scope of interim assignments
- Ensuring professional and solution-oriented HR services, whether in HR administration or payroll
- Advising and supporting managers and employees
- Implementation of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration and exit management
- Participation in HR projects and process optimisations
Your profile:
- In-depth HR expertise (e.g. certified HR specialist)
- High flexibility and enjoyment of changing assignments and corporate cultures
- Independent, structured working style and confident, engaging manner
- Professional experience as an HR generalist or payroll specialist
- Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
- Confident communication and strong service orientation
