Responsibilities
- Responsibility for supporting all employees in the area of responsibility throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process together with the managers (including salary policy)
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on personnel and labour law issues
- Close exchange and cooperation with our managers
- Participation in administrative HR processes around the employee life cycle from entry and exit as well as in mutations
- Support in identifying development measures, succession planning and talent management for all employee levels
- Participation in the implementation and further development of our HR processes and projects
Strengths
- Completed training as an HR specialist
- Several years of experience as a People Business Partner
- Communicative, empathetic and resilient personality
- Solution-oriented, service-oriented and reliable working style
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday, Abacus and RTM is an advantage
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Native German speaker
