Our client is a respected public administration based in the Canton of Zug, which impresses with its citizen-oriented service and professionalism. To support the HR team, we are looking immediately for 3 months, with the option of extension, for a qualified and committed individual as
HR Specialist 80-100% (a) (temporary)
In this versatile role, you will take on a wide range of tasks in operational HR as well as in apprenticeship management.
Your responsibilities:
- Support of the assigned departments throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Advice and support for employees and managers on personnel matters
- Organisation and accompaniment of recruitment processes including application management, advertisements and interviews
- Conducting exit and other personnel interviews
- Creation and maintenance of HR documents, checklists, information sheets and personnel information
- Independent support and coordination of apprenticeship management including recruitment, training planning, implementation and application of the current BiVo for commercial apprentices
- Independent processing of entries and exits, work references and accident reports
- Participation in HR projects, salary comparisons and personnel events
- Organisation of meetings, trial internships and other activities for apprentices
Your profile:
- Commercial training with further education in HR
- Experience in operational personnel management including recruitment
- Professional experience in apprenticeship management is a great advantage
- Good IT user skills; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Communicative, service-oriented and team-capable personality
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and a high sense of responsibility
