The wide range makes the hearts of cinema and action fans beat faster: various cinema halls, IMAX®, 4DX, Dolby® Atmos?, First Lounge and Suite, a sports bar of around 600m2 with integrated game zone, VR and an airy rooftop area that offers a great view of the starry sky.
For our team we are looking for immediately or by arrangement motivated and service-oriented personalities as
Allrounder Cinema, Bar/Catering and Virtual Reality (m/f/d)
for shifts during the week, evenings as well as weekends and public holidays on an hourly wage. The employment is on call - currently there are no fixed shifts.
After the training phase, you will be able to provide your active support in the cinema as well as in the bar and VR according to the deployment plan.
Your area of responsibility
- Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented guest service and advice
- Active sale of our entire shop, cinema and bar range including recommendation of our offers
- Preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks in the rooftop and sports bar, as well as in the popcorn kitchen according to quality standards
- Ensuring a high level of service and consistent compliance with hygiene regulations
- Admission control in the cinema hall area as well as cleaning work between screenings
- Active contribution to a clean, tidy and inviting appearance of your work area
- Assistance with inventory management including goods control and compliance with expiry dates
- Responsibility for the cash float as well as correct and careful accounting
- Supervision of our Virtual Reality Arena and ensuring a smooth operation
- Ensuring an appealing product presentation as well as always well-stocked and clean sales areas
- Flexible cooperation in the entire multiplex operation
Your profile
- Availability for shifts in the evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Professional experience in the gastronomy, sales or service sector is an advantage – career changers are welcome
- Strong communication skills with very good German; other languages are an advantage
- With your open, cheerful manner you inspire our guests and actively approach them
- Enjoyment of active sales as well as the motivation to present and recommend our products convincingly
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style with high speed and efficiency awareness
- Even in hectic situations you remain calm, keep an overview and act proactively
- You enjoy working in a team, show active willingness to help and share your knowledge proactively
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Sense of responsibility in dealing with cash, guests and the work environment
