Senior Business Development Manager 100% (a) 100%

- Strategic market development and targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (including C-level approach)
- Positioning the company as a strategic partner as well as delivering presentations at top management level
- Analysis of customer needs and development of integrated, tailored solution concepts
- Preparation and negotiation of offers in close cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Independent management of the entire sales process up to successful completion
- Building and actively using a reliable network as well as representing the company in the market (including CRM-supported reporting)

- Completed degree (at least Bachelor), ideally supplemented by an (E)MBA
- Several years (at least 10 years) of experience in demanding B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven success in generating and converting sales pipelines as well as closing complex deals
- Experience in dealing with multi-level decision-making processes and C-level stakeholders
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop customer-specific solutions
- Convincing appearance, strong negotiation skills as well as structured, results-oriented working style; fluent in German and English (French advantageous)
