Senior Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable operation of complex server landscapes and continuously develop Windows-based system environments.
You manage central identity services such as Active Directory and Entra ID as well as virtual workplace solutions based on Citrix.
You optimise Microsoft 365 services, implement security policies, and protect user accounts and company data through appropriate access concepts.
You automate recurring operational tasks with scripting and improve the availability, maintainability, and performance of the infrastructure.
You handle technical faults, analyse their causes, and coordinate changes as well as sustainable improvements according to established IT service processes.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ, HF, or FH level or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of practical experience in operating Microsoft system landscapes, server services, and virtualisation technologies.
Sound knowledge in identity management, cloud security, and modern workplace solutions; knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix is welcome.
Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard, even under time-critical tasks.
Communicative personality with very good German skills and technical English; you can lead meetings purposefully and convey content clearly.
