For our client, a well-established local organisation in the region, we are looking for an HR Manager - Salaries at 50/60%. This is a newly created position to relieve the manager.
HR Manager - Salaries 50/60%
Within a small team, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle as well as salary management for your group companies.
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
- Managing all processes related to the employee lifecycle: hiring, social security, pension fund... in connection with the collective agreement
- Managing salaries up to finalisation independently
- Managing processes related to insurance
- Monitoring illnesses, accidents...
- Implementing and monitoring training tools
- Monitoring and implementing internal processes
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in salary/HR management
- HRSE certificate
- Genuine desire/need to work part-time in the medium to long term
- Salary 80/90K CHF at 100%
- Start as soon as possible or at the latest in January 2027
It is important to be able to work in a local SME with several entities.
