Assista Legal Protection Ltd, a company of the Touring Club Switzerland, is among the leading legal protection insurers in Switzerland. We support our insured clients with expertise and commitment in numerous areas of law, notably in traffic, housing, travel, business, and private legal protection.

To strengthen our Legal Service in Neuchâtel, we are looking, from 1 March 2027 or by agreement, for a legal advisor or lawyer at 60%.

Your challenges:

• You defend the interests of our insured clients in various legal fields, including insurance law, contract law, civil liability, and road traffic law.

• You manage assigned mandates independently and maintain frequent contact with our insured clients, authorities, and insurers.

What you bring:

• You have a solid academic background in Swiss law (the Swiss lawyer’s certificate is an advantage) and have initial professional experience within a law firm, an insurance company, or an administration.

• You demonstrate initiative, work with rigour, speed, and independently.
• You are very comfortable in interpersonal contacts.

• As a native French speaker, you possess ease in writing, excellent spelling, proven communication skills, and good knowledge of German (other languages would be an asset).
