What impact do you have?

• Drive business growth in coffee-compatible capsule markets across Western Europe and North America.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for international FMCG food markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

What do you offer?

• Education: Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science)
• Specialization: Completed MBA or Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector.
• Expertise in the FMCG food industry; coffee experience is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• English (C1)
• German (B2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
