Workplace: Fribourg, home office possible
From initial contact to the contract. Here you combine timber construction knowledge, consulting and market intuition.
You develop opportunities in the market, advise architects, general contractors and investors, and contribute to turning an idea into a viable timber construction project.

Your field of activity
- Building and expanding the market in the field of timber construction, focusing on sustainable customer relationships and suitable project opportunities.
- Advising architects, general contractors, investors and clients from initial contact to contract.
- You coordinate technical preliminary clarifications with internal specialists from construction, structural engineering, building physics, costing and tendering and take on the cross-project coordination as the central contact person.
- You develop offers, cost calculations and contract bases together with the involved parties.
- You ensure the flow of information, project handover and follow-up from acquisition to realisation.
- Market observation, customer retention and cross-departmental project work are part of your daily routine, as well as exchange at specialist events and in relevant networks.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed training in a construction-technical profession.
- Experience in timber or structural construction helps you to confidently classify technical questions.
- Further training as a foreman, master carpenter, university of applied sciences engineer, timber construction technician or a similar qualification is a plus.
- Experience in project management, acquisition, consulting or sales of construction-technical solutions supports your entry.
- You use German and French confidently, both spoken and written.
- You enjoy working with people, coordinate reliably and explain complex timber construction issues clearly. What you don’t know yet, you will learn with us.
