Internal Sales Advisor (60-100%)

Workplace: Bussigny

• Ensure quality follow-up of our demanding clientele by telephone as well as on our sales floor
• Accurately and precisely determine the goods our customers want, whether they are service and wear parts, tyres, lubricants, accessories or garage equipment
• Process and follow up warranty requests for these assortments
• Prepare goods to hand over to customers or to support the logistics department

• Benefit from a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mechatronics technician or maintenance mechanic in the automotive, heavy vehicle or agricultural mechanics sector, or as a retail manager in spare parts
• Proven practical experience in an automotive workshop or in managing and processing warranties or repair invoicing
• Comfortable with modern IT tools (Office software and SAP S4 Hana)
• Fluent French and good knowledge of German (written, read and spoken) are an advantage
• Precision, thoroughness, autonomy, enjoyment in customer contact both by phone and in the shop
• Trustworthy, goal-oriented, motivated, with a calm mind and a positive attitude
