Your Tasks

• Support the ICT team in first and second level support via telephone, ticketing system and on-site
• Assist employees with hardware and software issues as well as support with application questions and training
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software at workstations throughout Switzerland
• Management and supervision of ICT lifecycle management
• Ensure reliable and service-oriented ICT support in daily work

Your Profile

• Completed education or training in the ICT field, preferably as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT professional EFZ
• Professional experience in ICT support or a comparable role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, ideally with Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, Intune and Teams
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with users
• Very good German language skills (C2)
