Senior Microsoft 365 & Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and operation of modern Microsoft 365 and Workplace solutions for customers
Execution of infrastructure projects and change requests as well as technical responsibility for various customer environments
Support of managed services and handling of complex support cases at 2nd and 3rd level
Development of technical solution concepts and system architectures as well as support in customer projects
Technical consulting for sales & presales, creation of documentation, and participation in on-call duty
Qualifications:
Technical education with further training in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable and at least 5 years of professional experience
Solid practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace
Microsoft certification at expert level is an advantage or comparable vendor certifications
Knowledge of ITIL, IT service management and managed services
Customer-oriented, independent, and solution-focused working style, good German and English skills, driving licence category B and willingness to participate in on-call duty
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
