About the job
Do you want to empower people in the school environment, promote their personal and professional development, and support schools in challenging situations? As a school advisor, you support teachers and specialists as well as other staff of the public school, leaders and teams in finding solutions, further developing their collaboration, and overcoming challenges together. You contribute your expertise and actively shape school counselling.
Your tasks
- You professionally advise teachers and staff of the public school on pedagogical, personal and systemic issues.
- You coach leaders and support them in challenges and crisis situations.
- When leading team supervisions, your focus is on existing resources and constructive collaboration.
- You accompany schools in implementing prevention measures in the area of workplace health promotion.
- You actively contribute your expertise and ideas to the further development of our counselling services.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in psychology, educational sciences or social work as well as additional training in counselling, coaching, supervision and/or organisational development.
- Your professional experience in public schools gives you insight into everyday school life and its challenges.
- You work solution- and resource-oriented and approach even difficult situations with a constructive attitude.
- As a team-oriented, flexible and humorous person, you enjoy working with colleagues.
