Your Tasks
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems (hotline, 1st level support)
- User support and training
- Support in the maintenance and installation of hardware and software
- Documentation of IT processes
- Assistance in the development and implementation of IT projects
Your Profile
- Secondary school diploma with very good grades in the subjects of natural sciences, mathematics, and languages
- Interest and enthusiasm for IT and technology
- Interest in solving complex tasks
- Motivated, reliable, and alert personality
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
