Apprenticeship as IT Specialist EFZ Platform Development (a)

Your tasks

Analysis and resolution of technical problems (hotline, 1st level support)
User support and training
Assistance with maintenance and installation of hardware and software
Documentation of IT processes
Assistance in the development and implementation of IT projects

Your profile

Secondary school leaving certificate with very good grades in the subjects of science, mathematics and languages
Interest and enthusiasm for IT and technology
Interest in solving complex tasks
Motivated, reliable and alert personality
Teamwork skills and strong communication
