Job description

What makes this role so interesting:

As part of our Training & Support Team DACH for Trimble Nova, you directly help our customers successfully realise complex HVACSE projects using state-of-the-art CAD solutions. Use your communication skills and technical passion to create real added value in a future-oriented, global technology company and elevate users to the next level!

Your main tasks:

• You conduct customer training remotely, on-site or in the training centre.
• You act as a direct technical contact for our customers.
• You support our customers in the introduction and application of our CAD and calculation programmes with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitation and electrical.
• You assist our technical hotline by contacting customers by phone and helping them with their concerns.
• You support our users in maximising their productivity through the optimal use of our products.

Location: Wädenswil / Zurich, directly by the lake, on-site in the office

Your profile

Your skills and experience:

• You are a trained technical draughtsperson (building services planner), technician or engineer specialising in building services engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical).
• You have a structured way of working and the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• You master or understand the (Swiss) German language.
• You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, for supporting our regional customers (English for internal communication is an advantage).
• Knowledge of CAD/CAE programmes, HVAC, Trimble Nova is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the area of IFC/BIM & Trimble Connect is an advantage.
• You have a confident manner and enjoy customer contact.
