Do you want to support people with a mental illness in their own living and life environment and work independently and responsibly? At WohnAutonom, the outpatient housing coaching of the University Psychiatric Centre Bern (UPZ), you support our users in maintaining and further developing their independence as well as sustainably strengthening their quality of life. You accompany them individually in everyday life, promote their resources and support them in coping with personal and social challenges. In doing so, you work closely with your team as well as with internal and external specialists. You can expect a varied and meaningful activity with a lot of personal responsibility, scope for design and a committed multiprofessional team.

Your tasks

• You accompany people in their personal living and life environment and promote their independence
• You work closely with the multiprofessional team as well as external specialist agencies and contact persons and maintain a sustainable network
• You participate in team meetings, intervisions, case discussions and other meeting formats
• You reliably document progress, record services and complete administrative tasks
• You contribute to the induction of new employees and students as well as to public relations work

Your profile

• You have training or a degree in the social or nursing field (HF/FH), for example in social pedagogy, social work or as a nursing specialist
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the psychiatric environment
• You work independently, organise your working day in a structured way and like to take responsibility
• You convince with appreciative communication, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working
• You hold a category B driving licence
