What you will achieve

• You will support and accompany our customers throughout the entire training process, create training plans, and motivate our clients as an excellent service provider
• You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as leading and developing your employees and trainees
• You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You actively acquire future customers, prepare contracts, organise staff scheduling, and are responsible for various other administrative tasks
• You implement the company strategy and represent the company internally and externally
• You are responsible for the budget, objectives, and quality assurance and work closely with superiors

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Training as a Fitness Instructor (federal diploma or equivalent) with a valid BLS/AED certificate
• Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in a similar position
• You have very good industry knowledge, are well connected, and strong in sales
• You have an above-average service understanding and a winning personality
• You are flexible and enjoy working evenings as well as weekends and public holidays
• You are loyal and lead by example for your employees and our customers
• German (B1)
• French (A2)
