The Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance (SBF-HSG) stands for innovative research and practice-oriented continuing education offerings in the field of banking and finance. • Independent and task-related support of the administration in general institute matters
• Organisation and coordination of room planning and occupancy schedules
• Support and management of the IT infrastructure and equipment of employees as well as assistance with IT migration projects
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of the SBF website and the SBF intranet in German and English
• Complete handling of the annual report and the biannual newsletter – from obtaining and reviewing contributions from the chairs to creation, preparation and dispatch
• Administrative support and assistance of the support association
• Independent organisation and coordination of the annual event of SBF-HSG
• Support of the chair secretariat of Prof. Dr Tereza Tykvová

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as well as pronounced organisational and administrative skills
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment of a versatile hub function
• Enjoyment of an international, dynamic and university environment
• Very good German and English skills (level C1) spoken and written
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems and programmes
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and pronounced communication skills
• Interest in long-term cooperation as well as willingness to further develop the area of responsibility if suitable
