Course Instructor Application Adults 50% Language Level A1-B1 FROM 1 DECEMBER 2026 OR BY AGREEMENT
Your Tasks
- Methodical-didactic planning, implementation and evaluation of course sequences
- Preparation and provision of course materials
- Professional support and assistance of participants in applying (portfolio, application letters, search strategies, development of key qualifications)
- Collaboration and networking with other application course instructors and job coaches
Your Profile
- Completed basic training (EFZ)
- Training or further education in adult education (at least SVEB 1)
- Professional experience in adult education (preferably with the target group)
- Very good ICT skills and accustomed to working with new media
- Knowledge of the current job and labour market
- Resource- and solution-oriented approach
- Quick comprehension, flexibility and the ability to structure tasks efficiently
- Committed, open and respectful behaviour
- Initiative and enjoyment of a changing work environment
