Operate, monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure independently and provide 2nd-level support
Analyse & resolve faults as well as install and optimise hardware & software
Perform and coordinate backup, recovery, restart & restore
Monitor system performance and implement targeted tuning measures
Participate in customer projects and support customers remotely & from home office
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ in system technology or platform development
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server, SQL & Exchange as well as Citrix & VMware
Experience with Microsoft 365 & network technologies is an advantage, as are Microsoft certifications
Strong customer & service orientation with a high quality standard
Very good German skills spoken and written
