Role:
For a versatile and responsible position in purchasing, we are looking for a committed individual who combines operational procurement with forward-looking planning. In this position, you take responsibility for defined product groups, ensure high product availability, and coordinate the relevant procurement and delivery processes. You work closely with suppliers and internal interfaces and make an important contribution to stable operations, high product quality, and efficient supply.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and planning of assigned product groups considering demand, availability, and stock levels
Ensuring timely and demand-oriented procurement in close coordination with suppliers and internal interfaces
Coordination and monitoring of the entire operational procurement process from demand determination to goods receipt
Monitoring delivery dates, goods flows, and relevant logistics and customs clearance processes
Maintenance and quality assurance of article, supplier, and purchasing master data in the ERP system
Preparation of evaluations and key figures to support purchasing and planning control
Active participation in the optimisation of procurement, planning, and goods flow processes
Qualifications:
Completed basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a commercial or logistics environment
Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing / procurement
Good understanding of procurement processes, product availability, inventory control, and supply chains
Confident use of MS Office and solid user knowledge of ERP systems
Analytical, structured, and forward-looking working style with a strong sense of responsibility
High initiative, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
Good German, English, and French skills, both spoken and written
