Your Responsibilities

• Future- and goal-oriented leadership of the BZW
• Pedagogical development of the educational centre and promotion of teaching quality
• Management of staff in accordance with the leadership guidelines of the Canton of Thurgau
• Maintaining cooperation with the two other vocational schools at the Weinfelden location, the responsible office, the BZW vocational school commission and other commissions, training companies, professional associations, as well as other upper secondary schools in the canton.

Your Profile

• Proven leadership and professional experience, preferably in comparable complex and responsible positions
• University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in the field of business, as well as teaching qualification for upper secondary level II
• Entrepreneurial thinking in a political environment
• Good networking, innovative strength and commitment
• Enthusiastic and strong communication skills
• Resilient and responsible
• High willingness to perform
• Team- and conflict-capable
• A completed CAS school management qualification is desirable
