Your Activities

• Analysis and coordination of incoming customer complaints and repairs
• Error analyses: development of effective measures and solution proposals
• Quality inspections in production
• Direct customer contact (face to face, telephone, email)
• Consulting internal departments regarding quality issues
• Conducting quality circles
• Optimisation and further development of our processes
• Participation in quality projects
• Creation of initial sample inspection reports
• Incoming goods inspections
• Creation of factory certificates

Your Profile

• Basic technical training
• Further training as a technician TS or similar is an advantage
• Further training in quality assurance and quality engineering
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, as well as experience with ERP systems
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Analytical and systematic approach
• Resilience, as well as assertive and solution-oriented communication
